Pros

My colleagues make it tolerable.

Cons

Bad merger. Their system is so outdated it is from 80-90s. They don’t care if we lose our customers after the acquisition of my previous company. They need to update their platforms to modern day if they want to keep up with the competition. Very inefficient and ineffective software..I might as well just use paper and pencil as their system is trash. They’re remodeling the building but fail to provide us napkins, Kleenex, paper plates/cups, wet wipes for several months. I feel like there are germs in every corner. Corporate or CEO doesn’t care.

No growth. High Turnover.

Pros

Good first job to get experience. The company promotes sustainability and encourages volunteerism.

Cons

There is no growth. The pay is grossly under market rate. Classic carrot dangling. High turnover in every department. No courtesy interview for internal candidate. Management is out of touch and mildly practice favoritism. HR isn't there to help you; they're there to help UNFI.

Pros

High growth product lines, employee discounts and great co-workers.

Cons

- Strong arm, negative manager, constant changes and having to spend an exorbitant amount of time reporting on in/external unforeseen circumstances from current /past events impacting service level. - Never enough time in the day to get to all the emails, reports, meetings, one-off requests and still do ones job at a high level. - A lot of smaller vendors who can't always deliver on time, and the Buyer's carry too much of the burden for managing inventory and not enough say in which vendors are approved and should remain. - SRM should carry more responsibility for making bad vendor decisions and getting rid of their inventory. - Company is too top heavy and IT infrastructure is fragile at best.
