      Opportunities for advancement, many different job types available.

      Cons

      Tiny or non-existent merit raises. Pretending benefits like volunteer work, Indeed lectures “Professional Development” and shopping discounts are the same as salary. Metrics that no one has met in at least three years. Salary ranges in job listings are pure fantasy. Overcomplicated processes cause mistakes at every level costing time and money every day. Far too many slogans, “values” and indoctrination in every meeting.
