Pros

Pay is good if you hit incentives

Cons

after a month or so you won’t care about the money, long hours and plenty of injuries going around. Terrible PPE as well.

Pros

Working alone Working as a team The pay was OK It was a good paced environment I liked being a selector

Cons

-The management was horrible -They didn't treat people the same -The training kept getting worse and worse each session - they cut corners - they treated us horrible - you had to track them down over and over to get money they didn't pay u or ur insensitive, so people kept quitting - the higher up management and HR are to good for friends to be unbiased which is why hr shouldn't work in the same building. -

Pros

Good entry level position to gain experience working autonomously. Good benefits. Flexible work schedule. Low turnover rate so you can hold on to your job for years if you are willing to put up with the work and low pay structure. Working alone and self managing your territory.

Cons

Back breaking blue-collar labor, lack of latest technology to prepare you for the next step of a higher paying white collar sales position, dirty warehouse work, no room for advancement from this position within the company, low pay, only management and their manager makes money so huge pay disparity, lack of DEI in management positions and throughout this position, dirty modern-day slave labor. NO RAISES!!! No frills, management gets paid cash bonuses, high salaries $$$,$$$ and luxury vacations to keep the budget next to nothing while you do the back breaking work daily, sickening
