Directors and above are lacking and managment skills (99% would not be in leadership positions in any other Fortune 500 company)
Passive/agressive leadership
Gossip and backs tabing is common at all levels
Being "thrown under the bus" is a daily event
No clear leadership or direction - treat employees wiht 20-30 years of experience as idiots simply because they're not at the "director level" as if once you acheive that title you gain infinite wisdom (HA)
Current culture carries over from wholesale (kickpacks, vendor favoritism run rampant)
Too much power given to the banners
Too many people think they have the "D" (decision} but no one is in charge! Spin, spin, spin
Very top heavy and not enough worker bees
