Job security, remote work, pay is okay.

Cons

Zero work/life balance - very normal to work 70-80 hours a week, with quite a few 30 hour shifts. No clear direction from directors and above. When asked a director which of four large tasks was the highest priority, the response was "all of them." Extremely reactive to a fault as opposed to planning for challenges. Would get called at all hours of the day and night regardless if on PTO or even in the hospital on medical leave. Miserable company with miserable people working there.
