      Pros

      Great job security. There’s always plenty of work to do. You’ll gain great experience from working with internal partners with years of industry experience. Diverse work environment.

      Cons

      The job can be very overwhelming. Lack of acknowledgement from leadership. I only heard from my Director once in a team meeting when something went wrong. The man had never spoken one word to me prior.Pay was below average for the responsibilities.

      Pros

      The job itself is easy, and theirs always something to do which is nice. Pay is pretty fair considering.

      Cons

      Management and supervisors don't really seem to communicate properly amongst themselves, to associates, or to hr. Some never really seem to kno what's going on at all, or it's just a pay check. Hopefully things improve.
