Unlimited PTO! Hybrid and some Remote Roles

Cons

Low Pay No bonus structure Raise freeze last 2years. Very unorganized, lack of support no centralized repository on standard SOP‘s. Onboarding a mess! You gain access as you go. Gaining Access should be structured according to role. The company morale is Super hit the ground running!!!!
