      Hot mess this place is a red flag

      Pros

      The Pay is okay but it could have been better.

      Cons

      The facility is hot. Poor upper management. Bias. I seen how they treated the females and i felt bad for them. Communication skills are low and they got rid of a lot of good employees once that new GM came in.

      Stable in lower ranks. Can be easy depending on team/department.

      Cons

      Leadership disconnected from the customers and associates. Can be toxic depending on the direct manager. No work/life balance

      Pros

      Glassdoor isn't so much see-through glass as it is stained glass. Too many hoops you have to jump through to even see what other people are paid. It wasn't always this way. Otherwise, UNFI was a decent place to work as long as you are FULLY aware of the fact that overtime is mandatory for entry level positions.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from leadership. Though every job I have work at had such problems, unless the employees were under 10.
