      Pros

      -401k match -a great entry level position -a start to understanding the industry

      Cons

      -pay is not competitive for the job and position duties are set to change drastically without asking and often without a promotion or merit increase -hard to grow within department. Must work many areas to go back to original department to move up -fast growing company to a fault. Lots of kinks around trying to work out acquisitions and how systems and teams work together

      Pros

      Leadership strives to develop your skillset based on your desired career path. Company has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. Pay is fair based on experience, education and work ethic. Feel valued and that my opinion matters, respected and considered. Treated as a member of a family versus an employee. Ability to work at home.

      Cons

      Being that UNFI is a larger company that is spread across the US and Canada, does not allow always for Senior Leadership exposure. However, they do make a point to visit all areas within the organization and provide a lot of communication.
