Pros

The health insurance is good

Cons

I don’t know how this company got so many positive reviews when there is literally nothing positive about it at all. The pay is mediocre, the Bethlehem plant pays the lowest of any of their locations. Their other locations pay over $20 an hour while we are not paid the same that their other facilities are. If you get hurt at work, be prepared to be sabotaged by them as they will do everything in their power to make it seem as though you were lying. They force you to work sometimes 13 hour shifts, mandate you to work on your day off, and expect us to come in two hours early on Sundays. There is no real supervision and some of the workers take breaks for sometimes over an hour while others are watched like a hawk. There is only room for advancement if you’re the right color. 95% of the production workers are people of color while 95% of the staff is not. They are not understanding of human beings in anyway, and basically just expect you to work your life away and again, if and when you do get hurt at work from the long hours, and the constant heavy lifting, they will do everything in their power to make it seem as though you are lying. The cleaning crew does not clean the darn thing, and it is the selection workers that actually have to clean because they have no real cleaning crew. There is no compassion at all, they don’t care about their workers, they only care about how fast you work.

Pros

Opportunity to learn from seasoned retail experts.

Cons

Company felt like it was treading water the whole time I was there. Leadership is a mixed bag. Some good, some awful. No real culture to speak of. Very political. De-centralized.
