Long hours and days, no work life balance, forget any training or realistic expectations. HR is a joke. I had 2 warehouse managers and 3 operation managers, as well as 3 GMs cycle in and out through my three years there. Upper management is a joke with no support system in place, ground level supervisors ran that place with no support. I was sent to another location during the height of the pandemic and was threatened with my job if I didn't go. Future supervisors be prepared to see an empty parking lot when you arrive and leave everyday because your bosses and upper management will not support you in anyway until it comes time for Corporate Spring Cleaning when they learn your name again to discuss how to fix their negligence again.

long days average 12 plus hours. HR lady is horrible impossible to make incentive in dry department. Hard work just to try and make the 95% Attendance policy is horrible. Hire 12 people a week due to 12 being fired or quitting each week
