      - Always made to feel like you're at fault for something that was out of your control. - Company benefits are awful - JB Hunt taking over the routes - Supervisors washing out within months - Disconnected workplace environment

      Have no complaints they take care of there drivers very well great benefits and lots of perks they do Offer sign on bonuses too

      Cons

      Well if you don’t have any mountain experience don’t apply and be ready to chain up If necessary also need to be well versed in electric jack And lift gate, it’s not a con just letting you know what you up against also you have to be well versed in backing in tight spaces at some customers spots
