Pros

Pay isn’t bad and they hire anyone

Cons

Everyone has horrific back issues from the job, you get worked 16hr days regularly. Management runs employees into the ground to get them selves bonuses. Reason for the back issues is you pick all the products off the ground instead of waste level, reason for this is to maximize space but with a large amount of empty upper shelves that’s a lie. They are lazy don’t care majority of people need back surgery after a year or even months working there.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, extra hours available, OT pay, $10 per diem and paid DOT break, monthly $25 cell reimbursement, safety bonus $300/mo. + $1200 at year end if goals met. Driver appreciation week awards and events all week. New equipment, fair treatment.

Cons

Driver / grocery delivery schedules, work one weekend day and can have split day's off. Grocery unloading can be challenging.
