• next to no training, So no one has any idea what they are doing. • rules and enforcement of rules depends on which management member you speak to. • personal time does not exist, if you have a family emergency you better not miss work. Doctor's notes also do not excuse absences. • low pay for what you are doing. • system is constantly changing, it is impossible to know what you are actually picking at for speed, and you are often reprimanded even if you are meeting numbers technically (the system will say you are not).
