      Pros

      People who perfect the selection process make good money but it takes time and practice, like any job. Good job if you're uneducated and can pass a drug test that will allow marijuana, not the job for me lol.

      Cons

      The work is very very monotonous and music is the only thing that makes it bearable. very high turnaround rate so it can be hard to make friends. There also was a lack of equipment at the chesterfield location and it made the process much slower and almost impossible to reach 100% quota. long long hours. worked from 9am-2am a couple times in my few weeks of working there

      Pros

      Decent pay for the industry - as much overtime as you could want with time and a half pay. It's also a workout - got in the best shape I'd been in since I was a teenager.

      Cons

      Typical cons of blue-collar work - back-breaking at times, can be difficult to meet quotas as often as they require, and the 12+ hour shifts never got any easier.
