Has a couple of supervisors and managers that truly care. Company encourages in-house growth.

Cons

No accountability at any level (with expectation being attendance/violence/threats) Poor leadership and follow through. There is always an excuse why things are not getting done No teamwork or ownership of roles Poor morale employees vandalized building over and over threaten leadership Would not recommend this place to an enemy
