Pros

Remote work is possible, especially with coworkers having detrimental health from Covid.

Cons

Pay is not market rate. Used to be a Senior Dept. Specialist but they lowered me to a Sales Coordinator II with level 2 being the peak which is basically a title demotion. Also removing overtime with no bonuses. No pay adjustment equity to help out with the inflation while min wage is increasing and reaching my level of pay though I've been working in the company for over 7 years.
