Pros

Pay, you make lots of many due to the fact that you can and will do 20 hour days

Cons

The hours, they act like they own you and hold your employment as a means of holding you hostage. We worked 20 hour days and would fire people who didn't show up the next day for another 20 hour day or who left early to sleep or eat. They used a points system to give people points for being late, no showing, etc. During these 20 hour days they gave someone points for not showing up to work because they fell asleep while driving to work and totalled their car after working a 20 hour day prior. They fired him a few days later because he couldn't afford to fix his car and pay for cab rides to work. They not only encourage drug use, prescription pills and coke, to help people ignore pain and stay energized, some supervisors and workers were selling/giving drugs in the warehouse. I was offered drugs many times while working there. They also encouraged people to ignore safety protocols and enforced times goals that were only met by ignoring safety. They monitored performance so heavy handedly that many people who weren't on drugs and were following safety standards could not meet the performance goals especially on the super long days. I had someone pin my foot between his machine and mine and the operations manager tried to tell me I'm fine because he didn't see anything wrong with my foot. Even after I went to a doctor and they told me I had a bone contusion and shouldn't be on my feet. He told me he couldn't give me any office work and that I would just have to work my normal job with no accommodations or go home This is a truly terrible place to work. The higher ups are delusional and quite frankly have no compassion for any of their subordinates. To them employees are just tools to throw at a problem and they don't care who gets hurt or whose lives are ruined in the process

People tend to treat each other with openness and respect.

Cons

Company is very eager to lay-off people to solve all issues.
