Pros

Company cares for employees and shows by providing varied means of support (monetary, educational, insurance, etc...). Their contribution speaks in volumes. Leadership seems to listen to employee concerns and act upon those concerns. Working remote is great; however, several teams meet at the office in Rhode Island, to genuinely keep connected and retain that "personal touch" with teamwork.

Cons

Leadership doesn't always seem to make the best decisions when it comes to reducing overhead costs. Seems they are willing to sacrifice the junior staff for the sake of high-profile, top-heavy infrastructure. (Moves that appear to poise the company for sale.)
