Pros

money, benefits, people, and the shift work is great

Cons

management is only looking out for themselves. Take aggressions and failures out on people bleow. Do not want to admitt when they make mistakes, put it off on the little guys.

Pros

steady employment(but only if the store your working at isn't closing), Part time job for insurance or extra pay

Cons

Way too top heavy in corporate, No labor spent in stores, Adds not geared for individual markets, too many projects made without enough thought (sunflower markets, building stores and closing them a few years later(this is happening often, some as little as four years new) , decisions being made by too many people with no work experience in specific department or even store in general, this company wants only "yes" men and "yes" women in upper management spots leading an erosion of how the stores are run. If you need full time work, forget about it.
