3 days off. When they arent giving you mandatory overtime.

Cons

You are totally expendable. They will work you till you break and start writing you up like crazy. Every week there is a group of 20 to 30 new hires because turnover rate is so high. Find another company to work for

Nothing - was a great company before the current CEO

The HR team at this organization is one of the least effective I’ve encountered. Decisions prioritized short-term stock price over people, demonstrating a lack of foresight and care for employees. So called HRLT - Workforce planning was poorly managed, with no clear, fair, or standardized processes in place. Instead of addressing leadership inefficiencies or improving strategic talent management, they resorted to letting go of hundreds of hardworking, talented employees. This approach not only undermines morale but reflects a reactive, rather than strategic, leadership culture. They don’t know what they are doing …..
