Pros

I liked my team. Selection was fun and I like my shifts going by fast as a trainer and also whenever I was asked to select.

Cons

Poor management and communication. I felt like as a trainer we were the divide between other selectors and managers, it shouldn't be that way. Turnover rate was high because of long hours and people felt undervalued. The high volume felt like corporate didn't care about it's workers, as long as the job got done it was fine, who care's if the working man had to work 16 + hour shifts.

Pros

Work from home positions are nice. That's probably the only pro to this position.

Cons

No raises for two years, excuse after excuse why they couldn't give them, more concern for shareholders than employees, and then to top it off they did a mass layoff of over two hundred people so they could use a third party company for their Data Management... Some people had been working with them for 10 or more years.
