      Pros

      Everyone was friendly, and the recent leadership changes might help things out in the long run. Location is convenient, right off of 494.

      Cons

      The company is struggling, and losing contracts quickly. Margins seem to be shrinking by the year, and the company has a lot of tech debt it will need to overcome. There are a lot of incompetent directors that make life difficult for their direct reports. Over the year or so I was here, I saw 80% of my teammates quit, most of which were there for less than a year. People didn’t seem to be excited about working here, they were just here to collect a paycheck. It seemed most of the talented people I met here jumped to Target at their first chance for better pay and benefits.
