The company culture is great - I loved being around the office and talking to different people constantly. It is a bright environment full of people always willing to help. I love the healthy snacks around the office (fresh, organic fruit in the pantries). Very collaborative team environment.

Cons

I never had any negative experience working throughout my three months at UNFI. It was only temporary employment, but I was always treated like a member of the team and my ideas were always welcome.

Everyone is always complaining about how upper management does not know what they are doing Tight working space Overly easy that you have too much down time.
