Pros

If you're an hourly associate, expect to work long hours and get plenty of overtime. Couple that with incentive pay, provided you're good, and a fairly sizeable paycheck can be brought home. Good benefits.

Cons

Long hours, and I mean loooonnnggg hours. Average shift is 12-13 hours, and while the associates get hourly pay - the supervision does not. It's reasonable to expect a 60-65 hour work week and a 40 hour check.

Pros

The people are very friendly, good healthcare and great employee discount. The corporate culture is a work hard, play hard environment.

Cons

The hours are long and sometimes you have to work on weekends. The company is very big, so sometimes it may take longer to get things done.
