Pros

Great pay because of the union contract in place giving workers an opportunity for raises. Raises were given every 500 hours so the more you work the more raises given

Cons

This company uses part time labor to fill hours so they don't have to pay benefits.Preference given to full-time union workers because of their seniority.Basically you have to work there 2 to 3 years if you expect a full-time position to open up.

One of the worst places to work they have policies but they don't follow it I know people that been on PIP a year and have been taken off there's no growth in this company 401k no matching steady decline but CEO is making more money than anybody else if you have a choice don't join this company

Cons

Expectations are unreasonable labor structure unreasonable follow the same policy that you expect everyone else to follow take care of your so serious

Pros

Discounts on natural and organic food but you need to buy a case of most items. Encouraged to volunteer in the community and to give blood at the blood drive. Workers are dedicated and hard working. Some managers are really wonderful. Nice HR staff.

Cons

Cog in the machine. Huge machine. Horrible Penalty points in place. Good employees miss out on parent/teacher conferences -- basic doctor appts -- can't leave work early for children's school events -- employees feel they have to get to work through huge snow storms --- leaving work early is a whole point penalty. If you are late you will get a 1/2 point. You get two points for being sick on a Monday. You are 'awarded' a point for being sick on T, W, Th or Friday. They have employees coming to work sick or even with the flu so as not to get too many points. Good employees are fired b/c of their 'points'. NOT family friendly as you are made to feel you can't be out for your illness or your child's illness. I know many good people driving to work too fast so as not to get points. Moral is poor. Positions are often limited to a very set boundaries. Not intellectually challenged. Some manager are good but many managers are not qualified and are micro-managing.
