Pros

Large organization with opportunities to work on large systems. Satisfactory salaries and benefits. Lots of opportunities to solve problems. Good physical workplace environment.

Cons

Very little direction from senior management and so many changes in recent years that no one had much confidence that things would be stable for any length of time. Very little attention given to career development--everyone was on their own. Very high attrition rate in the IT department.

Pros

Worked here during college to pay for my fees. Didnt expect much from them as I was a student only working there temporarily. It was a family run shop. The actual family were very nice. The external manager bullied the student staff. Most of the staff working weekends were students like myself and we became close friends.

Cons

I left after one of the managers went out of his way to make me feel like crap one day. I reported him to HR and quit. I don't think anything was done about it.

Cons

Long road ahead for financial recovery. There are many legacy processes and programs to untangle and streamline.
