      Pros

      Good benefits, decent pay. All the things easily measured measure up pretty well.

      Cons

      No clearly defined mission- nothing sets us apart. Everything is very secretive. Employees here are things to be managed and controlled. They are not trusted, inspired or part of the team. Employees have no sense of purpose or worth. Company is failing fast and will probably go bankrupt or be sold off- they are currently looking for buyers but who would spend billions to lose money?

      Pros

      The company paid checks on time most of the time. They gave me a pen for getting employee of the month.

      Cons

      This company is the most non family oriented companies I have ever worked for. Witnessed store managers intimidate employees into working when they are sick then if they get into trouble they say the employee had a choice to come in or not. Schedules are supposed to be posted friday prior to the week you work which allows very little time to plan family events. The companies journeyman wage is lower than almost all the competitors. 3rd party hotline service is faulty. Witnessed an assistant store director corner an employee and yell at them for turning him into the associate hotline.
