      -pay -full-time benefits -WE environment (work at home)

      Cons

      So many to list...... -Incompetent managers -Managers who aren't leaders -Hostile culture -No one works together -Too many people doing the same duties/jobs (inefficient) -Pay isn't good compared to other Fortune 500 companies -Many people have sought professional counseling because the workplace culture was soooo bad!

      - Good place to start your career to get the "corporate or office" experience - Supervisors are generally ok with requesting time off - You really can learn some things and get experience when you push for it

      Cons

      - The pay is low $13.50 and is hourly unless you get an Experienced position - Most of the work is data entry and you are treated as if you are only a clerk - Very difficult to move up, growth structure is limited. - Benefits take 6 months before you are elgible
