Exciting and robust work. Some of the veterans are very professional. Good career path and structure. (atleast in paper). Reasonable benefits for employees.

Cons

Too much work. Too less staff. Unclear vision and roadmap. Too many changes in leadership and organization. Work life balance in paper. Not practical.

The staff are friendly and are willing to help each other out. The work is fairly straight forward and easy.

Cons

lower management are little more than glorified stock boys that have hung around so long that they were the only ones left to promote. They love to push their weight around. The work is boring and unfulfilling but what do you expect, we can't all be CEO's
