Not as good as it used to be

Pros

Work from home is nice, always new challenges to solve, easy to distinguish yourself because most people don’t know what they’re doing.

Cons

Following previous CEOs departure, the new leadership team has shifted strategy every 12-18 months with inconsistent execution and pretty disastrous financial results. The stock price speaks for itself. At least 3 acquisitions with no real integration has led to bloat (hi legacy SuperValu) and multiple legacy systems that are difficult to navigate. Workloads are very team dependent but they never get lighter. Flex pto but of course it’s next to impossible to take time off when there’s always another deliverable of questionable value. Very little recognition, no raises in 2023 with 2024 still uncertain.

Pros

The team I was part of was allowed unlimited PTO

Cons

My sector was 25 years behind in the field, C-suites constantly talked about all the profits made, yet we were not given raises in the entire two years I worked here, management is outdated and refuses to retire

Work horses only

Pros

decent pay, 4 day work week

Cons

Hideous management, super high stress, unbelievably disorganized, treated like a work horse with no breaks. Place is a revolving door with the company spending more money training people who leave because their expectations are ridiculous then to pay the ones who stay better, or make the work environment less stressful and hire more help in the stressed areas like transportation.
