This company really doesn't care about its employees. Have an immediate supervisor who allows the millennial to boss the whole team around and doesn't manage this behavior. If you don't do what this millennial wants, she gets passive aggressive and finds ways to sabotage you. I reached the top of the pay band in one year of working here, and they won't move me to the next pay band and don't give me merit increases anymore. The training is poor. When I came in as a new hire, I was just given me laptop and told to start working. So working here long term is not feasible.

Good people to work with and will help you learn. Common mission around organic and natural food success. Good amount of opportunities to move into different roles if you prove yourself.

Cons

Will underpay if you let them and you are expected to pick things up very quickly, as there is a lot to know. When I was working there they were transitioning inventory systems so there was a lot going on, it was sink or swim.
