      - Heavily discounted organic food stuffs in company store - The paychecks - Most of the customers

      Cons

      - Always made to feel like you're at fault for something that was out of your control. - Company benefits are awful - JB Hunt taking over the routes - Supervisors washing out within months - Disconnected workplace environment
