Pros
The managers are phenomenal both as bosses and people. There is unending support for student workers everywhere you look. Working at the IOL as a student is very self directed, so you can get an enormous amount of value by working there as long as you're willing to take on the responsibility of using the resources given to you.
Very flexible hours, managers happy to work around your academic and personal schedules.
Great networking ability, lot's of oppurtunities to interface with a number of industry leaders.

May not be a good fit for someone who has difficulty with self directed learning/tasks
