Great mission but very disorganised

Pros

People are friendly. For charity standards the salary, benefits and resources are above the charity-sector standard and about average across the board.

Cons

Disorganised. Lack of standardised processes. More than a few people, especially in senior roles, are not guiding their teams or pulling their weight. Work is so flexible to the point where it's hard to hold meetings (where all key stakeholders are in attendance) and deadlines are constantly pushed back.
