Pros

The internship allowed me to learn more about the real life workings of an international development organization. The team provided me with space to work individually on meaningful tasks, contributing to a global project. I never felt like just an intern, my voice always felt like it mattered.

Cons

The role was carried out remotely, so it lacked some of the networking opportunities that can be helpful for an intern starting their career.

Pros

When you see the impact of what you do, it is the best job you can have and UNICEF has this.

Cons

It is difficult to proceed in your career in the organization
