US doesn't participate in UN tax system, so if you're an American, your taxes will be nightmare.

colleagues are nice. work environment is decent. location is midtown which is perfect. a perfect place for someone who wants to work in a really international environment because each of your colleagues is from a different country.

Cons

work pace is slow. not too many opportunities for professional career development.
