Pros

An organization that has great presence in the most difficult places serving children, young people and women. One can feel their presence in responding to the most difficult task and feel confident they are part of the change they want to see.

Cons

Despite of the organization's willingness to be a great place to work in, due to selection of wrong people in important roles have harmed the organization in many ways. One of the best organization with some not the best people, who could easily damage the reputation.
