Pros

There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow as a person and employee. For me, working in UNICEF is the most rewarding job so far.

Working for the benefit of children.

Pros

Great Work Life balance. To an extent independence at work.

Cons

Some team members were bullies, boot lickers and trying to do everything for their way up. Its sad to witness such termites in a great institute.
