Pros

Great cause and mandate, decent monetary compensation.

Cons

Head quarter locations are full of bullies and abuse of authority. Excessive nepotism and favoritism: carrier paths are not merit based, Colonialist system, Abuse of power, Racial Bias in the working environment, political environment, inefficient, Antiquity and retro mentality. Lots of lip service and window dressing when it comes to staff moral and well being, but no real actions. Issues are always swift under the carpet and the victims are tagged as "trouble makers". Promotions are based on hiring managers' agendas and not staff qualifications. High performers are burned out without any appreciation, meanwhile non-performers who have friends in higher places get promoted.
