Pros

What a mandate and mission - its such an honour to work for such an organization and I met so many amazing professionals committed to really making a difference.

Cons

Over bureaucratic - 50 usd is treated as 50million for reporting -and more time looking inward to the corporate beast than looking at context and working out with partners and government how to really make a difference to children's lives
