Pros

Great benefits (Annual/Maternity leave, work schedule...). Very good work climate. Multicultural environment. Health insurance, UN Pension Fund, continuous trainings. Work/Life balance. Slow procedures are changing.

Cons

Some procedures are very bureaucratic, for some positions career development could be difficult, Operational and administrative procedures and rules changing constantly.

Pros

Good place to learn systems, excellent compensation package especially for international staff

Too much bureaucracy. Way too much. A lot of office politics. And cannot get rid of non performing staff.
