Pros

UNICEF does tremendous work overall. Lots of smart intelligent people. Great impact and scale.

Cons

Lack of corrective action on major issues such as harassment, empowerment or negative performance based reviews, allows long term employees to stay, creating more well-paid bureaucrats! Employees are incentivized to do more of the same to not stir the pot - lack of innovation and willingness to take risk.
