total inability to manage information confused communication out of date technology and stone aged approach to IT breakdown of meaningful measurement leads to nepitism

Focused on results. Meaningful and fulfilling experience. Work with very diverse group of colleagues from all over the world. Generally have freedom to experiment.

Cons

Large percentage of time spent on internal business processes and risk management. Not a very good environment for work and life balance.
