International working environment where you will get a lot of opportunities to work on UN projects, and has a lot of impact

Cons

As a fresh graduate, there was not sufficient and systematic training, and the learning curve was not steep as compared to private sectors

Lots of responsibility that motivates staff to deliver results. Gives opportunity to see first hand the sufferings of people affected by human and natural disasters. you get satisfaction from contributing to delivery of humanitarian assistance to most needy

Pros

The people are great and have the opportunity to move around a lot, and the cause i definitely fulfilling at a personal level.

Cons

The hours were too long for the pay we received, and the payment structure created twisted incentives between actually encouraging people to help or just to get their money.
