Pros

Benefits are really good. Pension plan and vacation days.

Cons

Pros

Decent place to work. Very diverse. People are polite.

Cons

No benefits, paid holidays, or paid time off! Only 7 sick days a year. Poor organizational structure. A lot of last minute "hurry up and get this done" projects.
