Pros

The Unicon contractor process has minimal overhead. As long as you keep your client satisfied, your Unicon manager will be happy. Even though most contractors are in Ohio, management visits out of state contractors at least once a year, so you still feel like a part of the company. Payroll was always on time.

Cons

Most of the contract opportunities are in Ohio. It would be great if there were more assignments in the Chicago area.
