Good company, nice people, flexible work culture at the clients location

Cons

Benefits are really bad. 401k only kicks in after 5 years of service. Medical plans are not upto mark. Wish they had better ones to offer.

Clean, climate controlled, normal 8-5 schedule. No other pros.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement. No pay increases, be it merit nor cost of living. Management goes to great lengths to leverage your experience and skill to their benefit to get more contracts. (So far as to REQUIRE your resume' be on THEIR letterhead!!) Lip-service and block-checking management.

Exciting and faced paced place to work. Everyone works with a purpose, but we support each other. The company is growing, but senior management is mindful of adding members to the team who are compatible to the corporate culture.

Cons

Construction nearby is sometimes loud, but will finish soon.
