Pros

There is a lot of learning in the company. Love the team spirit and sense of camaraderie. Definitely love the flexibility they offer, which helps me manage my mom duties and work responsibilities. The management takes an acute interest in promoting a friendly work culture where everyone is treated with respect and are always available for guidance and mentoring.

Cons

The open parking garage to the building is a pain to walk to in bad weather conditions!

Great CEO and Leadership team and there is a clear vision for the future. I really like how the Managers of every department (Finance, HR, Contracts, IT, Operations, and Growth) actively work to create a positive and collaborative work environment. Corporate culture is extremely important, and Unissant works hard to create a culture that is supportive, fun, flexible for work/life balance, and allows for growth for everyone in the company.
