Good company to work for, overall. Flexible hours and telecommuting are very nice options. Management is very approachable and there’s no micromanagement. Staff events are great for building the team and welcoming new employees to the organization.

Cons

A lot of turnover which sometimes seems like a red flag to regular employees. PTO and sick leave benefits could be better.

Pros

I've had the pleasure of working with Unissant for a couple of years. I find the company is very diverse, displays care for their employees, always takes feedback into consideration, professional and friendly, and they recognize our team on all levels. Plus, their health insurance premiums are excellent. With the distance between our locations, Unissant manages to keep our project in the loop in all aspects and makes regular visits throughout the year. As the company continues to grow, I believe there will always be opportunity to grow along with it.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but would like for Unissant to consider additional PTO with years of service, additional hours for illness, and allow more flexibility with time off. Also, would like Unissant to consider tuition reimbursement.
